butter 1/2 cup powered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 2-1/4 cups flour about a cup finely chopped nuts (pecans) Blend butter, sugar, vanilla. Gradually add flour. Last add nuts. Roll dough into 1 inch (or smaller) balls and cook on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 for about 20 minutes (depends on your oven), until firm to the touch and only very LIGHT brown. While warm roll (and roll) in powered sugar. Cool and re-roll in powered sugar. |
