1/2  cup butter
1    8oz pkg cream cheese (softened)
1    12oz container Cool Whip
1    pkg (20oz) Oreo Cookies
1    cup powered sugar
3 1/2   cups milk
2    3 1/2oz  pkg vanilla instant pudding

Crush cookies.
Mix butter, cream cheese, powered sugar in bowl.
In separate bowl, mix milk, pudding & Cool Whip.
Combine & mix cream cheese bowl with pudding bowl.
Layer pudding/cream cheese mixture, then cookies crumbs in a
flower pot or other container, ending with crumbs on top.
Add worms (gummy).
