FIRST LAYER

1 stick butter (softened)
1 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar (or powered sugar )
optional: 1/2 cup (or more) nuts
Mix
Spread on bottom of 9 x 13 pan
Stab with fork
Bake until "cookie" light brown
350-375
10-15-20 minutes (however long it takes)
Cool
SECOND LAYER
-- the CHEESE "CAKE"
8oz cream cheese (softened)
1 cup powered sugar
Beat together then add
A small tub of Cool-Whip (8 oz)
Mix
Spread onto cookie bottom (after bottom is cooled)
THIRD LAYER and
FOURTH (and maybe
FIFTH)
-- the PUDDING FILLING
Thank You Pudding (Butterscoth and then Vanilla) I do 2
butterscotch & 1 vanilla
OR
Chocolate Fudge and then Chocolate (or Vanilla)
whatever! --- total 3 cans of pudding
You could also try using regular Pudding Mixes; add 1 &
1/2 cups of
milk instead of 2 (per box)
NEXT LAYER
-- the "WHIPPED CREAM"
Cool-Whip (8 more ozs more or less)
TOP LAYER
-- the DECORATIONS
Nuts (if you remembered to save some) or whatever you want to sprinke
on
Write HAPPY BIRTHDAY with "darkest" pudding (if you remembered to save
some)
Refrigerate!
LAST LAYER
Add candles
Sing
Blow out candles
Serve
Eat
