"T Rex was apparently attacked by a larger predator.
 His tail has been chewed, but I think we can fix it!"

"Following successful reconstructive surgery, Rex is recovering
quickly and will soon be released to the wild. Rex lost his tail
 during an attack by a large predator who remains at large.
Rex expressed appreciation to the skillful surgeons who
reconstructed his tail in a first of its kind operation."
