Buy a 48 oz boneless Turkey by Butterball (the herb kind - don't mistake for cajun) :)
Let
it thaw in the frig. for 2 days (you can cook it frozen by adding 2
hours, but it was a pain getting the gravy packet off and the netting)
Take the gravy packet and put it in the frig, discard all netting, and put it in the crockpot for 5 hours on high.
With a fork, remove the loose skin and fat, shred it (it should just fall apart), and add the gravy packet.
Cook for another 1/2 hour to an hour.
