HAWAIIAN CHIP COOKIES

1 cup sugar
1 egg
1-1/4 cup coconut
1/2 can crushed pineapple
1 stick softened butter
2 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 package chocolate chips

Cream butter and sugar; beat egg.
Stir in pineapple, chips and coconut.
Mix well.
Add flour and baking soda.
Drop by spoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 12 minutes.
