Step
Test: This test is designed to measure
your
cardiovascular endurance. Step up and down the step at a consistent rate for 3 minutes. At the end of the 3 minutes, remain standing while you immediately check your heart rate by taking your pulse for one minute. 2.
Squat

many squats can you do? Keep doing squats until you are fatigued. 3.
